Escapism

The kind of person I am, the kind of mind I have, is always thinking outside. Not outside the box. Well, that too. Just, other situations, other places, times, conditions. My brain is almost always on some level occupied by something other than what's in front of me. Are there times that needs to be kept in check? Most definitely. Is now one of those times? Not really.

I'm not quite sure of what you've said. It could be that you don't like to draw conclusions without further evidence in support of what's been said or that you always have alternative viewpoiints in mind when a subject presents itself. It's okay to keep an open mind until you have confidence in having an opinion.
Let me know if I've missed your point.

Probably I wrote this late at night when I was half asleep so it came out a little jumbled. As I recall it had something to do with my tending to flit from subject to subject in my thoughts. Not that I think this makes me unique, but it'd be guesswork on my part to say who else does this and to what extent.
