The sound of...

I remember in a place I used to live the walls (+ ceilings and floors) were pretty thin. One neighbor chewed me out for my clock radio playing in the morning, which she really shouldn't have been able to hear. Also once I sneezed late at night and someone angrily thumped on my ceiling/their floor.

It's different here. Which is good, because allergy season is back.

That place you describe sounds pretty awful all right. Possibly worse when it comes to having some privacy and quiet would be living in a podshare. They look kind of cool at first glance, but I can envisage difficulties.

Too bad that person didn't call out 'bless you'. Hope your allergies aren't too bad this time.

So this is one of these innovative ideas that allow people without trust funds to live in the city? Except you're living in a wooden sardine can and still paying 12-15 hundred per month. This is not much of a solution.

There were some nice people who lived in that building, but you couldn't count on it. As for the allergies, I may have turned a corner on them.
