Something I like to do every once in awhile is repost a random short film someone's made with a Kinks song as soundtrack.  If nothing else it (kind of) rewards their good taste.  Anyway, this one is nice.  On YouTube it said "a snowy day in Athens" which I guess they mean Georgia?  Not known for snow, but life is full of surprises.

We don't usually see people in more northerly climes greet snow with such delight - unless they're six. Still, it remains a wonderful song and the film maker should be applauded for using the song.

Yeah, people in Northern climates get jaded by snow, only seeing the inconveniences. Which, sure, exist, but still...

I know Ray Davies' sister was named Rosie, and I think the song might have been written for her. Has a certain big-brother teasing quality to it.
