Tram Saturday Random Ten

It's a little amusing to see those baby carriages that are pointed like a canoe with one big wheel at the front.  Given their purpose and the terrain on which you use them, I'm not sure how much speed parents think this streamlining will get them. Have to admit they look kind of cool, though.

1. Diana Krall - Too Marvelous For Words
2. Simon & Garfunkel - We've Got a Groovy Thing Goin'
3. Talking Heads - Pulled Up
4. Benny Spellman - Lipstick Traces (On a Cigarette)
5. The Clash - Four Horsemen
6. Louis Armstrong and His Hot Five - Tight Like This
7. Fol Chen - The Idiot
8. Ladytron - Deep Blue
9. Ben Folds Five - Draw a Crowd
10. Sarah Vaughan - I Cried For You

I've seen some pretty shocked looking babies being pushed around at speed in those things. The nice thing about prams was being able to see and talk to the baby rather than using the kid as the front end of a battering ram unless you're watching a Lone Wolf and Cub movie.

That's a great Talking Heads song. I'm still really glad we got to see the Stop Making Sense show.

That is s fun clip, but yes. You get at the heart of the matter.

The Stop Making Sense show was really epic. David Byrne picked a really great way to open it, "Psycho Killer" with just him and a ghetto blaster.
