An exchange and Friday Random Ten
Someone at work said that I'd been quiet all day. Which I had been, I suppose. I said that everyone seemed pretty quiet to me today. She shook her haid and said no. So I was like "What did I miss?"

Sometimes it happens that we get on with our tasks while entertaining other thoughts as well. At times like that a circus parade could march through and one wouldn't notice.
That's one of my favorite Eno pieces.
Certainly, I'm sure I do my share of woolgathering at work, although I'm decently productive.
And it is a wonderful song. One of my favorites too.
