Congrats on finding this wonderfully made little video. It was a lucky thing that he published his results and luckier still they were rediscovered. The eugenics movement was wrong in every way.
I do love the silhouette effect in this animation, especially the way one is layered on top of the other. Sadly I don't think the aftereffects of the eugenics movement are gone from our midst. This is a lesson we have to keep relearning.
