In these days of twittering, texting, and all the other forms of instant messaging, it seems anything longer than 140 characters will bore many. I'm glad I'm not like that.

Ever-shortening attention spans are a boon to some, but not really to the people whose attention is being shortened. You gain by continuing to look and listen.
