Ah, Neanderthals. The more I hear/read about them, the more interesting they seem to be. In a way it's too bad that we never got a chance to know them in modern times. And it's very unfortunate that we've grown used to using their name as a slur. I guess the good thing is that it's not the name they answered to anyway.

One of the more accepted theories is that we, homo sapiens, wiped them out.
Which would mean we have only ourselves to blame for not being able to interact with neanderthals today.
