Little big world

This photographer Jan Dunning is, I have to say, kind of fascinating. Hundreds of millions of people around the world experience photography as a collection of phone apps. These do have their place in art, I'm sure. Still, you can appreciate how exotic the act of taking pinhole pictures is now. Also to be loved is the way she upends ideas about scale and nature.

Not everybody who owns a Brownie can say they're a photographer. She's very good.

I agree. It's not just skill, though. She's looking at things in a way only she would.
