Making this brief because I'm about to hit the hay to recuperate. Somehow I got through the entire winter and early spring - winter's sequel - without getting sick. My luck just ran out, as I seem to have picked up some manner of cold. I think I know who gave it to me. No ill will, though. The man was just doing his job in difficult circumstances.

I used to catch colds, if not often, then certainly frequently enough that the discomfort remains in memory. The good news seems to be that as we get older they aren't such regular occurrences. Hopefully, yours will be better soon. Don't forget to drink plenty of clear fluids.
Yeah, staying hydrated is good at all times, and especially during times when the temperature/weather situation is fluctuating, and definitely when you've actually caught something. It also helps to counteract the effects of OTC sinus medication, which can leave you with a headache on its own if you take enough of it.
