pre-Blizzard of Doom Friday Random Ten

There's a lot of talk about how we may get 3-6 inches of snow tomorrow, or as much as TWELVE INCHES! of the fluffy stuff. Which we've apparently never seen before and don't know how to deal with. My only complaint? Sunday night going into Monday morning would be better timing. Then again, we've already got a short week.

If it falls I hope it has the decency to do so at your convenience. I'm hoping it doesn't do so at all out here since they really don't know how to deal with it.

It fell all right. There are titanic piles from what was left over by the plows. In some places it's damned inconvenient. In the right circumstances it's kind of fun.
