Of course this ad would never air anywhere today. Naturally. You can't advertise tobacco products anymore.
You have to hand it to Chuck Biore Creative Services, the makers of the ad. Getting the listener's attention is everything. And this is expert trolling.

That was hilarious even if it would be considered inappropriate nowadays. He definitely got my attention.. I listened to it twice.
It wasn't easy to find any information about Chuck Blore (it turns out) but he was very successful at making up televised commercials for radio stations - his Remarkable Mouth ads were pretty popular.

It would be considered inappropriate now and in a lot of ways it was then as well. The difference is that back then people were able to make more of an exception for humor. And this is pretty obviously a goof.
It seems that Chuck Blore doesn't (yet) have an article on Wikipedia, but does have one on Britannica's website. Interesting. He was a DJ as well as being in advertising. Probably where the Remarkable Mouth idea came from, which I hadn't realized was such a big thing.
He got a nice sendoff in that Facebook post, too.
