So let us not talk falsely now

This brought a smile to my lips and it might yours as well. A couple of guys have done a series of pulp covers inspired by Bob Dylan songs. They look pretty authentic, too.

I never thought of "Just Like a Woman" being about a dishy android girl from out of Philip K. Dick. Major oversight on my part.

I got curious about the pulp covers when I recognized the image of the rowboat with the Empire State Building in the background from a picture I'd seen somewhere.

Using song titles and lyrics to remake old pulp book covers is a pretty clever idea and its definitely an amusing use of Photoshop.

Ah yes, there it is, rising waters and all. Kind of a deep cut, although Ace books was a pretty successful line. Lan Wright only had a fairly brief writing career.

Exactly, yes. The software is there. You may as well let it knock a few ideas loose. Alcott has done covers with Talking Heads songs as well but the results weren't quite as good.
