Friday Random Ten: Damn but it's hot!
Brutally. I'm officially a puddle now. We're expecting some relief during the weekend, knock on whatever.

It got pretty hot around here for a few days too but we awoke to a cooler morning today. I hope the same has happened where you are.
Last night we watched a documentary called 'Lovecraft: Fear of the Unknown' which while far from terrific still told us more about him than we'd known. Nice pictures of Providence too.
We got some rain today, which has gotten the weather a little saner. Still really muggy, though.
I'll have to check out this Lovecraft documentary. He was a fascinating man, despite being being fashionably ignorant in a lot of ways. (People like to forget about the eugenics craze of the early 20th century, not to mention the explosion in KKK membership.)
Do you get netflix? If you have your own mailbox it's a pretty cool way of getting to watch harder to find movies.
